Check in/Check out times
Guest staying in our Resort Hotels will be emailed ahead of arrival asking you to check-in online. Then simply arrive and use our self serve kiosks to print your room keys and head of for Britain’s Wildest Sleepover. Check-In is from 3pm and 2pm if staying in one of our Gruffalo or Room on the Broom themed Rooms. Check out is 10am.
For our WILD Explorer Glampers, head over to Explorer Glamping Reception where a member of our ROARsome team will check you in to your tent. Check-in is from 3pm and check out at 10am, we recommend parking in Gorilla Car Park located just opposite the Glamping site.

With views over the Wanyama Reserve, you can sit back with a delicious dish from the a la carte menu and watch a range of animals roaming freely across the African inspired reserve in our Zafari Bar & Grill. Alternatively, little ones can immerse themselves in an interactive dining experience in Temple Bar & Restaurant. See how many species and wildlife you can uncover in the ruins, and choose from our buffet style menu in the heart of the ancient ruins.
Exclusively for Glampers, Explorers Outpost is the perfect setting to enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner with your band of little explorers!
If you need any essentials during your stay, head over to the Savannah Splash Pool where you’ll find a whole host of useful items to purchase including sweet treats!

We have your car parking covered - just follow the signs to our Hotels or Explorer Glamping Site.
Our Location
Chessington World of Adventures Resort is located on the A243 in Surrey and is just two miles from the A3 and M25. There are multiple ways to get to the Park as part of your Chessington Holiday, including easy routes by car, bus, train and plane.

Guests staying in the Standard Explorer Glamping Tents and Standard rooms will be charged to use the Savannah Splash Pool. Please note that access to the Savannah Splash Pool is subject to availability. Guests will need to book a timeslot for the pool, this can be done at any point before your stay via your booking confirmation email.
