Please note: on the following dates the park will be closed on the day of departure – 2nd, 9th and 16th December.

Event subject to change and availability. Breakfast is included unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. Father Christmas Sleepover packages are available on the following dates: 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 20th – 23rd December 2018. Please note: Guests staying on 2nd and 9th December with only receive 1 day entry into the Theme Park as Winters Tale is closed the following day.

Please note, the Theme Park is closed during this time. Selected rides and attractions available during the Winter's Tail Park event may vary and will be confirmed on the day of arrival. *After booking, customers will receive an email to book a time slot to meet Father Christmas. If time slots are not arranged in advance, an alternative slot will not be guaranteed.

**Please note that the package information is based on 2017 dates and therefore some details may change nearer the time for 2018 packages.

Please note, this package includes access to the Chessington Winter's Tail event. Resort benefits, extras and activities are subject to change and availability. Chessington Zoo and SEA LIFE centre can be accessed from 10am-5pm. Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking and are non-transferable and non-refundable without the additional cancellation waiver.

Please be aware guests staying in Standard Rooms or Wanyama Reserve View Rooms in the Safari Hotel will be charged to use the Savannah Splash Pool. **Access to the pool is charged at £3 per person and guests wishing to use the pool must pre-book a time slot on the day of arrival. Please note that access to the pool is subject to availability. The Savannah Splash facilities have a limited capacity, during peak operating periods we operate timed swim sessions of 60 minutes. Bookings can be made on the day from 8am-8pm or for the following day up until 12pm at our Leisure Club reception, which we advise you do as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

Time slots will be issued on a first come first served basis and please note that your slot of 60 minutes will include your time to access the changing facilities. If you arrive after your designated start time, you will be able to join the session and enjoy the facilities until your session ends. We strongly suggest booking your dinner in one of our restaurants before arrival to avoid disappointment.
