Chessington Zoo – There are over 1,000 animals to see at Chessington Zoo. Plus there’s the must see Wanyama Village where you can spot giraffe, zebra, oryx, meercats and more!


Splash down to Sealion Bay for the chance to see Harley, Dante, Ariel and Carla play in the water!


Waddle down to Penguin Cove where you can see the Humboldt Penguins splashing around. Learn all about these playful penguins in daily presentations!


Crawl underground and pop in to visit the meerkats, or get up close to zebras, ostriches and antelopes as they roam freely before your very eyes.

Chessington Sea Life

With live rock pools and feeding sessions, the SEA LIFE centre is an excellent place to learn all about the creatures of the sea.

Get ready to go underwater at Chessington World of Adventures at the spectacular SEA LIFE centre!

The 250,000-litre aquarium located within Chessington Zoo houses over 20 marine displays, allowing you to come nose to nose with a wide range of sea creatures ranging from tiny shrimps and colourful clownfish, to majestic sharks and magnificent stingrays.

Kids of all ages will love the interactive ‘rockpools’, fun and educational presentations and breath-taking walkthrough ocean tank. Meet at the Wanyama Gate bright and early and get ready to start your Adventure! Between 9.30am and 10am you'll have exclusive access to Wild Asia and between 10am and 11am you'll have unlimited access to all available rides via the Fastrack queue lines.

Evening access to Wanyama Village & Reserve and AMAZU

Hotel guests also have exclusive access to Wanyama Village and Reserve from 6.30pm to dusk (April — September) and the new AMAZU Treetop Adventure (mid-August – mid-September).

How to get to Chessington

Chessington World of Adventures Resort is located on the A243 in Surrey and is just two miles from the A3 and M25. There are many different ways to get to Chessington as part of your Chessington Holiday — including easy routes by car, bus, train and plane.
